How to make a purchase:

E-mail me (gretchen@lotuslazuli.com) with a description and item number of the item(s) you wish to purchase. (You can copy the text directly from the item description.) I will return your e-mail with an invoice, including the shipping cost. I ship via USPS Priority Mail and Priority Insured Mail, which usually arrive in 1-3 days. Priority Mail International for shipping outside the USA usually takes 6-10 days, or Express Mail International, 5 days. (Other carrier shipping can be arranged upon request.)

For domestic orders, I accept personal checks and money orders. Credit card purchases are accepted through Paypal. For international orders I prefer Paypal. As soon as your payment is credited I will ship your order. If you want something delivered extra-speedy, Paypal is the way to go.

USPS Priority Mail up to 1 pound (most orders) = $5.00*
As of May 14, 2007, orders weighing over one pound are charged by weight and by zone. Please include your shipping address with your order to receive an accurate shipping estimate.

Add insurance*: up to $50 = $1.75, $50.01-$100 = $2.25, $100.01-$200 = $2.60, $200.01-$300 = 4.75, $300.01-$400 = $5.55, $400.01-$500 = $6.50, add $1.00 for each additional $100.

USPS Priority Mail International without insurance is $13.50*. Adding insurance requires service through International Express Mail, which starts at $29, and increases based on the value of your purchace. Please include shipping address in your email if shipping outside USA. USPS Global Express Mail with insurance is required for wholesale orders outside the US.

Looking for jewelry for a special occasion, using specific colors or stones? I would be happy to create something especially for you. Describe what you desire and I will give you an estimate of the price and availability of materials. (As to availability, the gemstones I work with are often one-of-a-kind, and I hand-pick stones only a few times throughout the year.)

My guarantee:

All of my work is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear. If a piece should break I will repair it free of charge. While this guarantee does not cover damage due to unusual circumstances, I will gladly repair such a damaged piece for a minimum charge.
